What should I put in the "Pages" field, and in what format?
Leave it blank to include every page of that file. To include only some pages, type them like 1-3, 5, 8-10: use a hyphen for a range and commas to separate pages or ranges. Order does not matter, and any numbers outside that file are ignored.
