How to Merge PDF Files Into One Document

Combine multiple PDFs into a single file online, free. Reorder pages before merging, right in your browser.

Why merge PDFs

Combining several PDFs into one file makes documents easier to send, print, and archive. Instead of attaching five separate files to an email, you send one tidy document that opens in order.

How to merge in your browser

Open the Merge PDF tool, select two or more PDF files, and drag them into the order you want. Optionally set a page range per file to include only certain pages. Click Merge and download the combined PDF. Everything happens in your browser, so your files never leave your device.

Tips

Name your files in order (1, 2, 3) before uploading so they line up automatically. If a file is large, compress it first for a smaller final document. You can merge scanned pages and digital pages together into one file.
